This wonderful wooden
playhouse is produced in England using only
sustainable lumber from Sweden. The footprint measures 6' x 3' 6" and
the Pixie stands 5' 4" tall at its peak. The playhouse comes with two
working windows, matching door, a 19" porch overhang, full wooden
floor, roof with green roll felt, and all necessary hardware for
construction. Delivered in panel form, the Pixie can be assembled,
ready to paint or finish, in less than a day using common household
tools.

Wood is a natural product and is therefore prone to changes in appearance,
including some warping, movement and splitting, particularly during unusual
climatic conditions (long hot or wet spells of weather). As a natural
occurrence, this is not covered by a guarantee.
We recommend that this playhouse be treated with suitable decorative wood
finish immediately and within three months of assembly and on an annual
basis.
